We look before we quote
Every estimate starts with someone standing on the job. Photos hide rot, and a number given without looking is a number that changes.
We fix the cause
Most of what fails here fails at the flashing and the detailing, not the material. We fix why it happened, not just what you can see.
You get a real date
We tell you when we can actually start and how long it takes, including when the honest answer is that we're booked out.

What areas do you serve?

We work across Charleston, Mount Pleasant, Summerville, Kiawah Island, Seabrook Island and the surrounding Lowcountry. If you're just outside that, call and ask. We'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.

Do you charge for an estimate?

No. We come out, look at the actual job, and give you a written number. What we won't do is quote a project sight-unseen off a photo, because that number is always wrong.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, and we'll send you the certificates before work starts rather than making you ask for them.

Do you take on small jobs?

Yes. A single room of trim, one built-in, or a deck repair is normal work for us, and we quote it properly.

Do you work for builders and general contractors?

A large share of our work is framing and carpentry for other builders across the Lowcountry. If you need a reliable carpentry crew, that's a call we're glad to take.

How soon can you start?

It moves with the season. We'll give you a real date at the estimate rather than an optimistic one, and we'll tell you if we're booked out past what you need.
